Every Farthest Frontier building that does something, from the Town Center to the Fort, in one table: what tier unlocks it, how big it is, how much construction work and material it takes, what it produces, how many workers or residents it holds, what it needs before you can place it, and how it changes desirability around it. Roads, fences and decorations are left out. Search, sort any column, or filter by category, tier, product or desirability.

How to read the table
Tier is the Town Center level that unlocks the building. Tier 1 buildings (Shelter, Hunter Cabin, Firewood Splitter, Saw Pit and others) are available from the start; tier 2 needs the first Town Center upgrade, which itself needs 8 shelters, a Market and 30 villagers. Tier 3 needs 25 Homesteads, a School, a Trading Post and 150 villagers; tier 4 needs 25 Large Houses, a Theater, a Trading Center and 400 villagers. Upgraded buildings (Large Barn, Saw Mill, Warehouse and so on) have no tier of their own; their "Requires" cell starts with "Upgrade of" and lists the Town Center level the upgrade needs.
Build work is the construction labor your builders must put in, separate from the materials. For upgrades the table lists only the upgrade's materials, not the original building's, and the wiki gives no work figure. The Crop Field is priced per tile: the Buildings table says 44 work per tile, while the Farming article's labor table gives 1,152 work for a 5x5 field and 6,864 for 12x12.
Workers / residents shows the job range (for example "1-4 Herder") or, for houses, how many villagers live there. A range means you can assign anywhere from the low to the high number in the building's window.
Desirability is the effect on houses nearby. Industry like the Saw Pit, Smokehouse, Foundry and every mine is "Very Negative", so build it away from homes. Wells, the Market, the Bakery and the Town Center are positive.
Gotchas
Six buildings or upgrades need a Heavy Tool to build: Windmill, Foundry, Blacksmith Forge, Furniture Workshop, Glassmaker and the Saw Mill upgrade. The Foundry and Forge that make heavy tools need one themselves, so the first one comes from a trader.- Some buildings have a running cost. The wiki lists upkeep in gold ingots for the Healer's House (25), Hospital (30), Rat Catcher (10), Temple (15), Grand Temple (75), Theater (30), Grand Theater (32), Compost Yard (4), Lookout Tower (5) and Watch Tower (10). Barracks and Fort soldiers cost 25 gold to hire and 5 each in upkeep; cavalry 80 and 15.
- Housing upgrades need more than a Town Center level: a Homestead needs a Basic Well, 30 desirability, 2 food types and access to herbs; a Large House 65 desirability, 3 food types and candles or pottery; a Manor 85 desirability, 3 food types and furniture or glassware.
- The Apiary has no workers of its own: idle farmers collect the honey and wax.
- A few rows (Stable, Cavalry Stable) are thin on the wiki. Blank cells mean the wiki table gives no value, not zero.
